. Dear Kevin, thanks for your enquiry. Regarding the return policy for Lotus Rock items, this is the responsibiilty of the retailer in that particular country. If you have any questions regarding the use & care of the Lotus Rock frying pan then please do contact us again.
I was with a friend in Orange County, CA who found and purchased the IPAC Echo 22cm pan….. I’ve been trying to find one or the entire line since returning to NC….. help?
. Dear Thom, please scroll down the comments section of the FAQ page and you will see a question from a lady called Harriet “Happy Customer” and she askes a similar question to you. However, she is based in Canada. For USA you can purchase these pans from TJMaxx, Marshalls and Homegoods, but IPAC have rebranded these pans as ‘Core’ and not ‘Echo’. Also, as you will see our reply to Harriet the pans (not just frying pans, others such as a paella pan) now have a stainless steel handle, which meaks them oven safe.
. I thought there are going to be good because I read multiple comments that these frying pans are good. However they said non -stick, but even eggs are difficult to make sticking to the frying pan. I make eggs on a regular basis and making sure that heat is not excessive to make my frying pans last longer. In this case it has not even lasted me 2 days.
. Dear Dilma, we are sorry to hear about your comment about the non-stick feature of the Lotus Rock frying pan. You should note that the non-stick release is not like that of a standard PTFE non-stick pan; unlike these pans Lotus Rock have very particular use and care instructions, which require the consumer to continually replenish the silicon-oxide crystal coating with oil to maintain the non-stick effect of the pan. Bear in mind, your Lotus Rock pan is at its best for high heat cooking, such as searing, browning, stir frying, sauteing, grilling etc; types of cooking techniques which general non-stick pans cannot perform. Perhaps you can give your pan a try for these and see what you think then.
. I bought 2 fry-pans in winners and sticks everything. So I going to bringing back. Because I thought they are going to be good
Because there are heavy.
I bought a frying pan at Winners and love the performance! It heats fast and food does not stick. I would like to buy more pieces – where can I buy more from Canada?
. Dear Harriet, we are happy to know you are really enjoying your Lotus Rock fry pan. Actually just last month a wider range of items for Lotus Rock, with a new stainless steel handle, have been confirmed for sale in in not only Winners but also Homesense stores thoughout Canada. Items will include frying pans, a grill pan, grill pro, crepe pan, and a paella pan. They should be available to purchase around early Summer time.
I absolutely love my 9″ Echo fry pan and need to purchase more pieces from your company, but don’t want it to be so hard to find more pieces. Please offer it online. It does not make sense just offering this product at Marshalls and T-JMaxx. Please, please please offer your products for sale online. It can’t be that expensive (certainly not as expensive as Le Creuset).
. Dear Mary Ann, we are happy to know you are really enjoying your 9″ Echo fry pan. Actually just last month a wider range of items for the Echo Lotus Rock, with a new stainless steel handle, have been confirmed for sale in TJ Maxx, Marshalls’ stores etc. Items will include frying pans, a grill pan, grill pro, crepe pan, and a paella pan.
Hi There,

I’ll be waiting for your reply.
Have a great day.
Hello,
I bought 3 different IPAC ECHO fry pans but would like to know if there are any pots to match. If so where can I find them. Home goods doesn’t carry them. I am on Long Island NY.
Than you!
Dear Rob,
Thank you for your enquiry with us. Currently in the USA Home Goods only stock the 3 frying pans that you have purchased from the Lotus Rock collection. We are at the moment in discussions with the supplier of Home Goods if they would like to broaden the Lotus Rock range into other items, if they do decide to do this then we will update our website with this information.
Thank you
I bought an Exdura Lotus Rock Fry Pan 30cm and I was wondering if I could get an Exdura 32cm Fry Pan Cover for it ??? Is there a store near Torrance, CA, that sells them or do I have to order it online ??? Thanks much.
Dear Ron,
Thanks so much for your enquiry. I am afraid that the store near Torrance, CA won’t sell an Exdura 32cm Lid for that particular frying pan. You can buy one from us directly (but with the shipping cost from China that might be quite expensive), otherwise you might just have to buy a universal lid to fit that pan. I will notify our customer about your enquiry and suggest to them that in future they should also include a lid with the frying pan.
