I used one of your Lotus Rock 28cm griddle pan (with wood handle) for the first time today.
I suspect it is buckled (i noticed before turning on the stove) because it does not rest flat on the plate – if i push on the far left or right side, it tilts and i hear it making contact…
Should I return it, or is this something that will flatten out after a few uses?

Without actually seeing the product it is difficult for us to make a recommendation, and also we are not responsible for the Returns policy of the store that you bought that grill pan. I suggest you take it back to retail store where you bought the pan and discuss this issue with them.
